Enclosures

Stem offers a range of NEMA 4/4X rated enclosures designed for both indoor and outdoor installations. All enclosures come with standard screwdriver lock with options to add key or padlock kits. Other options include vented models for UPS configurations and stainless steel or plastic material options. Custom server racks for indoor rooms or climate-controlled towers are also available. We offer a variety of size options for enclosures. Our team will work with you to select the optimal enclosure for the system.

Data loggers serve as the intelligent gateway between site equipment and PowerTrack Software. Stem offers a range of hardware options to optimize function and cost while supporting diverse data collection strategies.

PowerTrack Logger

The PowerTrack Logger is a next-generation gateway device engineered for commercial and industrial (C&I) to utility-scale installations. This solution greatly increases datalogging capabilities while serving as a backwards compatible drop-in replacement for the PowerLogger 1000. The compact datalogger delivers better performance, futureproof local AI processing, and plug-and-play configuration methodology.

PowerLogger 1000

Our base, compact gateway is complete with a touchscreen and numerous on-site troubleshooting features to empower technicians to commission and troubleshoot communications without complicated software tools. Remote troubleshooting capabilities enable our support team to diagnose and resolve issues without site visits in most cases.

PowerManager 2200

Upgrade to PowerManager 2200 to support more devices, implement limited export control, add high-frequency data logging, and access advanced control capabilities.

Selection criteria: Data logger selection based on device count, control requirements, and project specifications.

  • Cellular connectivity on a Stem VPN for secure and reliable connection
  • Local Area Network (LAN) design, including IP address scheme and assignment, provided and documented by Stem
  • Hardware arrives to the site preconfigured without any additional communications configuration for Stem-provided hardware devices

2) Provide Your Own Site Network

  • Purchase internet and provide your own firewall/router/modem to support your own particular network and security policies
  • Keep the IT management within your own team; Stem hardware can be configured for compatibility with any network or internet service provider
  • Provide details about LAN settings and desired device IP addresses in advance and Stem will pre-configure hardware for turnkey operation with your network eliminating the need for on-site technicians to configure network settings.
